Today I'm giving thanks for Steve Jaffee.

I was introduced to Steve through one of our investors. At the time, he was running Dreadnought Capital, which provides loans to SaaS companies. In late 2018, we took out a credit facility from Dreadnought.

It may seem unusual to thank a lender for providing a loan. But- Steve is a rare breed.

He was very good to work with. There was a key time in our history where we requested a restructuring of our debt and he approved it based on our strong lending history thus far.

In addition to being a good person, he’s got amazing business acumen. That was motivation for me later to want to invest as a limited partner in funds he has raised as part of SaaS Capital (the “big brother” to Dreadnought Capital).

Steve- thank you for being a strong partner and enabling substantial growth without dilution.
