Today I'm giving thanks for Chad Halvorson.
Chad would easily rank amongst the top three most successful startup tech founders in the Twin Cities over the last 10 years. But you wouldn’t know it if you spent time with him. He’s my kind of person – low-key, humble, driven, and understated.
He’s wildly talented too. His unique ability to fuse his marketing, design, and software development expertise are quite rare.
I reached out to Chad with a cold email in 2014 or 2015 soliciting fundraising advice. He was quick to respond and provide actionable feedback. He took it a step further and made some key intros for me as well.
We’ve loosely kept in touch the past few years and I’ve appreciated the innate camaraderie that comes from another solo founder who’s been in the trenches.
Chad- thank you for your advice and your generosity. I look forward to opportunities to collaborate in the future.
