Today I'm giving thanks for Art Carter, the CEO of CRMLS, the nation’s largest MLS – which services over 100,000 members.
Art drove the adoption of HomeSpotter’s solution for CRMLS in 2014. We’ve had a long and productive partnership since and I’m proud of the high daily active usage rates that continue to this day.
As HomeSpotter’s largest client, I already have a lot to be grateful for with Art. But I’d be remiss if I stopped there. Art has given me a lot of great advice over the years and I’ll always be grateful for that as well. He tends to see most things in the industry a few steps ahead of everyone else. And I trust that when I ask questions about how various aspects of the changing landscape might impact various parties, including myself, I’m getting an honest and valuable assessment with unique insight I probably wouldn’t have heard elsewhere.
