Today I'm giving thanks for Derek Schilling.
Derek is one of our lead engineers on HomeSpotter products and he joined over three years ago. Derek shifted careers to software development and HomeSpotter was the first company he took on full-time software development as a job. We’ve had a few stand out employees like Derek over the years who shifted careers as they joined HomeSpotter.
Derek is motivated and he has a strong desire to learn. And from my vantage point, he’s a great leader for his team.
Derek- thanks for your hard work and commitment.
