Today I'm giving thanks for John Olson.
John was a mainstay from late 2013 through early 2017. He was a key part of ensuring the trains stayed on the track during that time. He had a commitment to excellence that was contagious.
He was well liked throughout the organization and was a champion for quick resolutions to customer needs.
One of my greatest joys on the journey was seeing individuals grow in their time with us. The first time I met John he was quite nervous in his first interview. By the end, he was confident. I take no credit for that- it was because John was devoted to hard work and the results of his hard work were undeniable.
John- thank you for your hard work and helping to set a standard for excellence.
