Today I'm giving thanks for Josiah Smith.

Josiah was a friend of mine in college. He’s a very creative, multi-talented guy.

Josiah was instrumental in teeing up the key intro that got everything started. He introduced me to Keith Castonguay, his boss at the time, at TheMLSonline.com.

Josiah has since grown his own awesome business. He’s an inspiration and has proven how valuable a recurring revenue business can be. Find a niche, service it well, and years of compounding kick in in a big way.
