Today I'm giving thanks for Sarah Olson.

Sarah joined HomeSpotter in late 2014. While Sarah contributed many things in her time with us, there are two things I want to highlight.

Sarah was instrumental in many aspects of getting our second product off the ground. We were going through a major pivot as a business and didn’t have a lot of resources to spare. Sarah found ways to concurrently ensure our existing customers were being served well while also standing up a lot of the infrastructure necessary to launch that second product.

More important to me, Sarah had a strong ability to manage up – to tell me the things I didn’t want to hear but needed to. That was especially critical to the business and to me in that time of transition.

Sarah- thank you for your wise counsel and partnership.
