Today I'm giving thanks for Ashley Blank-Martin.

Ashley joined in 2013 as our office manager. She was the first full-time employee that wasn’t directly involved on day 1 in product/engineering or sales.

Ashley’s first week on the job involved getting our new office set up. That was a pretty stressful time as was the year that followed- it was a time of hyper growth. I think we went from a team of 5 to a team of 20 practically overnight.

She was hands on on many things across the board and she shored up a variety of processes.

Eventually, she asked to move into sales and she excelled in the transition.

Ashley- thank you for your many contributions during the early years of the HomeSpotter journey.
