Today I'm giving thanks for Nate Kadlac.
Nate was our Creative Director at HomeSpotter for over 7 years.
During his time, he oversaw a major rebranding effort, a couple of substantial website rebuilds, and every major new product UX innovation we had. However, those contributions hardly speak to Nate’s true impact at HomeSpotter. Nate represented the heart and soul of the company. I can’t think of a person that didn’t absolutely love working with him.
Nate is dedicated to his craft. He cares about creating software people actually want to use. He’s somehow both uncompromising on quality and yet pragmatic. Collaborating with him on the design process is a true joy.
Nate also had my back in critical moments beyond work. I’m fortunate to call him friend.
It’s been exciting to see Nate launch his own entrepreneurial endeavors, including his Approachable Design course. Go check it out– especially if you’re a non-designer and want to level up your design skills.
Nate- thank you for joining us on the HomeSpotter journey. Good luck in your next endeavors!
